Ace Caravan Repairs is a family business that has been providing quality workmanship on all repairs and servicing since 1981.

Our award-winning team has extensive experience with all kinds of caravan and camper body repairs and is preferred by almost all leading insurance companies.

For almost 40 years we have built a reputation for being efficient, professional and courteous, as well as being extremely competitive on price.

Directors:

David Koutaplis

David’s father, Alex, started the business in 1981. David became manager in 2004 and took over the business in 2011. He specialises in building and complex repairs.

Michael Kougras

Michael has management experience in many industries and founded three previous companies. He specialises in marketing and customer service within the auto industry.

Staff:

In addition to the management team, ACE Caravan Repairs employs a team of five experienced staff, each of whom takes tremendous pride in his work.

Our highly-qualified staff is capable of working across a variety of fields associated with caravan repair. With each team member specialising in specific areas, we can ensure that you get an expert working on your job including:

Electrical repairs and maintenance are looked after by Daniel and Matt.

Daniel also looks after gas repairs and maintenance, as does Sam and Mark.

Undercarriage and structural repairs are Michael and Dave‘s area of expertise, while Steve and Michael K are the experts when it comes to fibreglass and bodywork repairs.

Dave and Matt attend to any carpentry matters, while Dave and Michael are the design experts.

Caravan renovations are looked after by Dave and Steve.

Dave L has had 10 + years experience and cabinetry, design, structural repairs and body repairs as well as 6+ years experience in caravan manufacturing

Daniel has had 10+ years experience in metalwork, welding, electrical, plumbing and diagnosis 6+ years experience in caravan manufacturing

Sam has had 12+ years experience in electrical and is a qualified electrician as well as 8+ years experience in caravan manufacturing

Steve has had 25+ years experience in panel beating and fibreglass repair work as well as remodelling

Jim has had 10+ years experience in food van rebuilding and electrical work

Michael F has had 11+ years experience in all caravan repairs and has previously worked for well-known caravan manufacturers in repairs and servicing

Mark has had 15+ years experience in caravan servicing and minor repairs.
