Recently had our 5yo van in with Ace for some reasonably significant insurance work. Guy, Mike and the team at Ace did an amazing job! They managed all communications with our insurance company, clearly explained all work that was required, invited us in to see the repairs in progress to ensure we were happy with the work being done, then provided a thorough handover at the end of the job. Given the extent of work required everything was completed faster the we ever anticipated. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The ladies at reception were very polite and inviting. All inspections carried out by the crew were clearly explained prior to commencement of works. Repairs were top notch. I feel a lot better going on our road trip from Melbourne to Townsville then getting the ferry acrosd to Magnetic Island. Thanks Guy and the team at Ace!
